Alien incursion

Three phase alien incursion. Phase 1, extra terrestrials unleashed a virus on humanity with a 99% mortality rate. I was on a boat with some other refugees and we were so afraid someone who was infected would get onboard. Phase 2, the aliens invaded and small groups of survivors were trying to hide and undermine the aliens with our own attacks. The aliens were machine like, artificial intelligence and less biological entities. Phase 3 was after they left and humanity was trying to rebuild, but women were repressed and being used to repopulate society. It was very dystopian and uncomfortable. I was being raped nightly with many others as a means of repopulation. It was awful. And the dream felt like it lasted all night. There were many more details, but I didn’t want to write a novel here. It is noteworthy that I do have vivid dreams as a rule. That part isn’t different for me. But I woke up with so much anxiety and discontent and I haven’t been able to shake it all day.
