How to use this site: dreamers
Please use the form to submit your dreams. You do not have to supply your name or email. Location is requested because of the effect geography might have on the patterns of our dreams. Same with age. You can share the dream privately—select “no” for the question “Would it be ok to share your dream on this site, without your name or any identifying information?” If you are okay with the dream being shared on this site, select “yes.”
Because of the format of this website, the volume of submissions, and other considerations, your dream may not be published on the dreams page. (See below.)
Thank you: you are the substance of this project.
How to use this site: visitors
The main dreams page is the full, date-organized collection of published submissions. The post publication date is the date that the submitter had the dream. Most current dreams come first.
Additionally, there are ways to browse dreams by location and content. You can do this on the browse page. This may allow you to get a sense of dreaming patterns and trends, or to see if others are dreaming about the same things as you.
If you would like to access a full archive of posted dreams, you may do so here.
About the selection process
I tried to select for a wide range as far as location of dreamer, age of dreamer, and content of dreams. I also tried to select dreams that seemed representative of larger dreaming trends. I am not a data scientist nor a researcher, so please allow for a margin of error. Think of this project as more art- than science-based.
Other than minor corrections of typos (and only ever for sake of clarity), I did not edit these dreams. Occasionally, dreamers included notes or qualifying details along with their submissions; when relevant, I included those in the post.
