Drowning

I have now had this dream several times and I am afraid that it is not going to end. Each time, although there are slight variations, the dream is always the same. I am drowning. I know this is because I have asthma and at 61 that I am at high risk for having lung complications if I were to come down with COVID-19. I have always said my biggest fear is that I will die not being able to breathe because of my lungs. Covid has just made my worst nightmares a reality.
