Elective surgery

I dreamed i was speaking to a surgeon and informing him that i was cancelling elective surgery. The surgery was to remove and then re-attach my hands. I woke up knowing that was very strange. The surgeon in the dream is a real surgeon in our community, whom i have met a few times.
