Metro

I'm finally able to go back to work. I have to take Metro (DC's subway) downtown to my office. I show up and am the only one on the platform not wearing a mask or gloves. People move away from me and I keep saying, "I thought we were OK to go out. Aren't we OK?" I get on the train and there's only one open seat next to an old man. Like me he's not wearing a mask or gloves. Relieved I sit next to him. "I'm glad to see there's someone else who knows it's OK not to wear the masks and gloves any more." He looks at me and smiles and says, "Oh honey, it's OK for me because I've been dead for so long.”
